NCTA 2010 National Conference:  Registration for an NCTA national conference is always a busy time, as friends from distant places make contact again and volunteers are busy making sure a lot of people and a lot of activities all get channeled in the right directions.  Not a moment was wasted, as the first program workshops got under way even while registration was still going on.
